I've made so many of these cute rosettes and they take maybe 1 minute!All you need is hot glue gun, felt, and scissors. Hobby Lobby has the greatest color selection for felt. I use these little darlings on head bands, wreaths, and hair clips. Let me know what you think. Find the tutorial here.
